Returns for Products (Feature Phones, Smartphones, Accessories)

  • Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Products with visible signs of use, damage, missing parts, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and opened software or digital products are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Returns for Government Service Bookings (Aadhaar update, PAN card, Train Tickets, etc.)

  • Due to the nature of these services and third-party government processing, service bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Users are advised to double-check details before booking to avoid errors or complications.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at 9968916023 or email support@maheshwaristore.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization.
  4. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
  • In cases of defective products, Maheshwari Store will cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions

  • Perishable or consumable goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.
